1. ZXJS type water plant-type integrated water purifier uses surface water as the water source. The device is a gravity-type water purification equipment that integrates chemical mixing, reaction, sedimentation, filtration, gas-water mixing backwashing and disinfection.


2. The main body of the device is made of high-quality steel, and is made of sanitary high-strength enamel for corrosion resistance, which has the characteristics of corrosion resistance, anti-ultraviolet aging, and long service life.

This device is suitable for the purification and treatment of small-scale water in rural and urban small and medium-sized water plants, factories, mines, troops, schools, hotels, etc.

Installation, operation and precautions

1. The installation of the water purifier must be smooth and the foundation should be stable (generally reinforced concrete is used as the foundation).


2. The particle size of the filter material is 0.6-1.2mm, and the filter material should be sieved, washed and filled when filling on site.


3. In the initial operation, the influent flow should be appropriately reduced and the coagulant dosage should be increased. After the effluent quality is stable, the inflow flow and coagulant dosage should be gradually adjusted. Before the water quality is stable, open the butterfly valve of the flushing sewage pipe to drain an appropriate amount of water to prevent the turbid water from entering the filter bed.


4. In order to ensure the quality of the effluent, in addition to adjusting the amount of added alum, it should be discharged frequently and less often. Generally, the sludge should be discharged once every 4-8 hours, and the sludge should be discharged for 1-2 minutes each time (according to the turbidity of the raw water, the water quality of the effluent, etc. When the water becomes clear, close the sludge discharge valve).


5. The coagulant is selected from polymeric alumina or aluminum sulfate (the disinfectant can be added at the same time as the flocculant).
